Ingredients

Get It Ready

• 2 fl. oz./60ml. Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey
• 1 fl. oz./30ml. Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello
• ½ Lime Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ Lemon Fresh Lime Juice
• 5 Drops of Lemon Bitters
• 5 Drops of Lime Bitters
• 5 Drops Angostura Bitters
• 1 Can Spindrift Lemon Limeade
• Slice Lemon and/or Lime to garnish
• Ice As Required

Instructions

Get It Made

1. Add Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey to your cocktail shaker
2. Add Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello
3. Squeeze ½ Lime and ½ Lemon into your cocktail shaker
4. Put the squeezed Lime and Lemon into your cocktail shaker
5. Dab or drop in the Lime and Lemon Bitters (5 Drops each)
6. Dab or drop in the Angostura Bitters (5 Drops)
7. Fill your cocktail shaker with the desired amount of ice cubes
8. Pop on the cocktail shaker lid, and shake well to combine
9. Strain into your serving glass over ice - a single large cube preferably
10. Top with Spindrift Lemon Limeade
11. Stir gently to mix everything together
12. Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or lime and
13. Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!
