“Clonakilty Distillery are celebrating a significant business milestone as their own spirit legally became Irish whiskey, following a 3-year wait since they filled their casks.

As per legal Revenue requirements, Irish Whiskey must be matured for a minimum of 3-years and can be marketed with different maturities.”
