My name is Andrew Healy and I'm excited to host your next Irish Whiskey experience. Whether that's an in-person event, or in our new gathering place online, I'll guide you through an Irish Whiskey tasting sharing stories, history, facts, figures and maybe even the occasional song along the way!
In-Person Events
Are you looking for an in-person event with a difference? Then Irish Whiskey is the perfect fit. From a tasting of Ireland's unique whiskey-making style, Pot Still, to fascinating pairing events with the Three C’s - Charcuterie, Cheese, and/or Chocolate - an in-person event is a great way to finish your conference day or add to your team-building day.
Virtual Events
Whether it's a client appreciation event, a virtual workplace social to toast the last quarter's results, or if you're looking to make a pitch to prospective customers I will curate and host an event that ticks all of the boxes for you.
Virtual Irish Whiskey Tasting
I've welcomed hundreds to my "bar" for virtual tastings and we've journeyed together around the island of Ireland as we "visit" and taste the offerings of both the established brands and the new kids on the block.
Virtual Cocktail & Mixology Experiences
Cocktails are meant to be fun and I use Irish Rye Whiskey and Irish Poitín to show you some great Irish twists on classic cocktails. Each pack includes ingredients for at least 2 cocktails and can be customized for more cocktails and/or to include cocktail making equipment.
Cocktail making is once again having its time in the spotlight thanks to a surge in interest in “home-bartending” during the pandemic. So now it’s time to take those skills to the next level and experience cocktail making with a uniquely Irish twist. I’ll guide you through some cocktail history, equipment, and we’ll talk about ice! Using the first ever 100% Irish Rye Whiskey from Powers and/or Irish Poitín, the now-legalized illicit Irish white spirit, we’ll explore both classic and modern cocktails and have plenty of craic along the way!
We’ll send you more than enough top quality ingredients for your cocktail experience in full size bottles so that way you can keep experimenting with different flavors and combinations after the event.
This is the perfect end-of-quarter online team building event or a great way to engage your clients while having some craic and learning some tip and tricks along the way!

I'll lead you on a tasting journey that showcases the diverse styles of Irish Whiskey while also discussing the whiskey making process, some history and geography, and who knows what else as we enjoy some craic!
You’ll learn how to taste Irish Whiskey and get a better understanding of its aroma’s and flavor’s and where these come from in the whiskey making process. You’ll learn about the connection between Irish Whiskey and American Bourbon through barrels, and this engaging and memorable experience will leave you with a deeper appreciation of Irish Whiskey.
Each Tasting Kit comes with a Túath Irish Whiskey Tasting Glass, 4 x 50ml. Irish Whiskeys, Water Dropper, and a Whiskey Aroma Wheel.
