Mocktail Recipes using Shrubs and Bitters
For those of you looking for inspiration for mocktails whether that’s during Dry January or as a base for cocktails I’ve listed a few that we use below. You’ll also find them in a printable format HERE.

Ingredients
¾ fl. oz. / 23ml. Blackberry Shrub
7 Drops Caramelized Orange Bitters
3 fl. oz. / 90ml. Spindrift Blood Orange Tangerine
3 fl. oz. / 90ml. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Slice Lemon and/or Lime to garnish
Ice As Required
Instructions
-Add Blackberry Shrub, Caramelized Orange Bitters, Spindrift Blood Orange Tangerine, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer to a glass over ice
-Stir gently to mix everything together
-Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or
-Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!

¾ fl. oz. / 23ml. Cherry Shrub
7 Drops Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
3 fl. oz. / 90ml. Spindrift Lemon Drink
3 fl. oz. / 90ml. Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Slice Lemon to garnish
Ice As Required
Instructions
-Add Cherry Shrub, Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitter, Fresh Lemon Juice, Spindrift Lemon Drink, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer to a glass over ice
-Stir gently to mix everything together
-Garnish with a slice of lemon

-Add Blackberry Shrub, Ginger Bitters, Fresh Lemon & Lime Juice, Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer to a glass over ice
-Stir gently to mix everything together
-Garnish with a slice of lemon and drop in the squeezed lime
-Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!

1 Pickled Cherry
2 tsps Pickle Juice

3 fl. oz. / 90ml. Spindrift Lemon Drink
Slice Lemon to garnish

-Muddle Picked Cherry in bottom of glass
-Add Blueberry Shrub, Eureka Lemon Bitters, Fresh Lemon Juice, Pickle Juice, Fever-Tree Sicilian Lemonade, Spindrift Lemon Drink to a glass over ice
-Stir gently to mix everything together
-Garnish with a slice of lemon
-Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!

Slice Orange to garnish
