Ingredients

Get It Ready
  • 2 fl. oz. / 60ml. Mad March Hare Irish Poitín 10% off with code WhiskeyLad10
  • 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Apricot Brandy
  • 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello
  • 2 fl. oz. / 60ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 Drops of Lemon Bitters
  • 5 Drops of Lime Bitters
  • Stone Fruit - Apricot/Nectarine/Peach/Plum
  • 1 Can Pineapple Spindrift
  • Wedge/Slice Fruit to Garnish
  • As Required Ice

Instructions

Get It Made
  1. Slice Stone Fruit, Remove Stone, and add to your cocktail shaker
  2. Muddle Stone Fruit in your cocktail shaker
  3. Add Mad March Hare Irish Poitín to your cocktail shaker
  4. Add Apricot Brandy
  5. Add Simple Syrup/Homemade Limoncello
  6. Add Fresh Lemon Juice
  7. Dab or drop in the Lemon Bitters (5 Drops)
  8. Dab or drop in the Lime Bitters (5 Drops)
  9. Fill your cocktail shaker with the desired amount of ice cubes
  10. Pop on the lid and shake well to combine
  11. Strain into your serving glass over desired ice cube(s)
  12. Top with Pineapple Spindrift
  13. Optional - Stir gently to mix everything together
  14. Garnish with a wedge, slice, or half-slice of Stone Fruit
  15. Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!
