“Razor’s Rocket” - Irish Whiskey Cocktail
This is a take on the classic Manhattan cocktail named after Ray “Razor” Houghton who scored a never-to-be-forgotten goal against Italy at the 1994 World Cup. Why a take on the Manhattan? Well, that match was played at Giants Stadium in New Jersey and I was lucky enough to be there and had to take the bus to the stadium from the Port Authority Building in…you guessed it. Manhattan!
