Summer Stone Fruit Sensation
Ingredients
- /Nectarine2 fl. oz. / 60ml. Mad March Hare Irish Poitín
- 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Apricot Brandy
- 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello
- 2 fl. oz. / 60ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 5 Drops of Lemon Bitters
- 5 Drops of Lime Bitters
- Stone Fruit - Apricot/Nectarine/Peach/Plum
- 1 Can Pineapple Spindrift
- Wedge/Slice Fruit to Garnish
- As Required Ice
Instructions
- Slice Stone Fruit, Remove Stone, and add to your cocktail shaker
- Muddle Stone Fruit in a cocktail shaker
- Add Mad March Hare Irish Poitín to your cocktail shaker
- Add Apricot Brandy
- Add Simple Syrup/Homemade Limoncello
- Add Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dab or drop in the Lemon Bitters (5 Drops)
- Dab or drop in the Lime Bitters (5 Drops)
- Fill your cocktail shaker with the desired amount of ice cubes
- Pop on the lid and shake well to combine
- Strain into your serving glass over desired ice cube(s)
- Top with Pineapple Spindrift
- Optional - Stir gently to mix everything together
- Garnish with a wedge, slice, or half-slice of Stone Fruit
- Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!
