Ingredients
Get It Ready
- 2 fl. oz. / 60ml. The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey or Mad March Hare Irish Poitín 10% off with code WhiskeyLad10
- 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Grand Marnier
- 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello
- 2 fl. oz. / 60ml. Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Drops Black Walnut Bitters (Napa Valley Bitters)
- 1 Can Raspberry Lime Spindrift
- Raspberry Fruit to Garnish (fresh is best but frozen will do)
- LimeWedges to Garnish
- As Required Ice
- (5 Drops Grenadine Syrup for color - Optional)
Instructions
Get It Made
- Add The Sexton Single Malt Irish Whiskey or Mad March Hare Irish Poitín to your cocktail shaker
- Add Grand Marnier
- Add Simple Syrup/Homemade Limoncello
- Add Fresh Lime Juice
- Dab or drop in the Black Walnut Bitters (5 Drops)
- *Optional - Dab or drop in the Grenadine Syrup for color (5 Drops)
- Fill your cocktail shaker with desired amount of ice cubes
- Pop on the lid and shake well to combine
- Strain into your serving glass over desired ice cube(s)
- Top with Raspberry Lime Spindrift
- *Optional - Stir gently to mix everything together
- Garnish with a wedge of lime and a couple of raspberries, slice, or half-slice of Stone Fruit
- Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!
