Ingredients
Get It Ready
- 2 fl. oz. / 60ml. Mad March Hare Irish Poitín 10% off with code WhiskeyLad10
- 3 fl. oz. / 90ml. Cranberry Juice
- 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Drops Lime Bitters
- 1 Can/Btl. Ginger Beer
- As Required Ice
- Garnish - Wedge/Slice Lime to garnish - 5 Fresh cranberries - 1 Candy Cane
- Optional - 1 fl. oz. / 30ml. Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello/Agave Syrup
Instructions
Get It Made
- Add Mad March Hare Irish Poitín to your cocktail shaker
- Add Cranberry Juice
- Squeeze fresh Lime Juice into cocktail shaker
- Put the squeezed Lime into cocktail shaker
- Dab or drop in the Lime Bitters (5 Drops)
- Optional - Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello/Agave Syrup
- Fill your cocktail shaker with the desired amount of ice cubes
- Pop the lid on and shake well to combine
- Strain into your serving glass or Mule Cup that contains ice
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Stir gently to mix everything together
- Garnish with a wedge/slice of Lime, Fresh Cranberries, and a Candy Cane
- Pop in a straw, sip and enjoy…Sláinte!
