Ingredients
Get It Ready
- 2 fl. oz./60ml. Irish Whiskey
- 1 fl. oz./30ml. Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 Drops of Lime Bitters
- Smidge Freshly Cut Ginger
- 1 Can/Btl. Ginger Beer
- Wedge/Slice Lime to garnish
- Ice As Required
Instructions
Get It Made
- Add Irish Whiskey to your cocktail shaker
- Squeeze fresh Lime into your cocktail shaker
- Put the squeezed Lime into your cocktail shaker
- Dab or drop in the Lime Bitters (5 Drops)
- Put freshly Cut Ginger into your cocktail shaker
- Optional - Simple Syrup/Homemade Meyer Lemon-cello/Agave Syrup
- Fill your cocktail shaker with the desired amount of ice cubes
- Pop on the lid and shake well to combine
- Strain into your serving glass or Mule Cup containing ice
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Stir gently to mix everything together
- Garnish with a wedge/slice of Lime, pop in a straw and
- Sip and Enjoy…Sláinte!
